You throw grain into the ground,   

A stem grows out of it.

The miracle has already begun.

Ты бросаешь зерно в землю, Из него вырастает стебель.Чудо уже началось.

And when the bud appeared 

And the flower blossomed, 

The miracle had already happened.

А когда появился бутон и распахнулся цветок - чудо уже состоялось.

It is impossible not to notice it,

Because the whole essence of a flower

Is only to be seen by someone. 

Не заметить его нельзя, ибо вся суть цветка только и состоит в том, чтобы его кто-то увидел.
